It is in this hour that God is calling for this mighty army that was prophesied in Isaiah and realized by the Apostle Peter on the day of Pentecost to be birthed in the earth.  Sons and daughters who would prophesy: old men who would dream the dream that would become the prophetic manifestation in the earth, and the vision of the young who were to prophesy.
